This website is operated by “Harizanovi-2007” Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to “Harizanovi-2007” Ltd. By visiting www.snowflakeswear.com and/ or purchasing something from www.snowflakeswear.com, you agree to be bound to our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy (together the “Data Protection Policies”) and Cookies Policy. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and/ or contributors of content.
If you do not agree to all the Terms and the Data Protection Policies, do not use this website. These Terms and the Data Protection Policies may be amended. It is your responsibility to regularly read through them, as the Terms and the Data Protection Policies in force at the time that you use this website or at the time of the formation of the Contract (as defined below) shall be the applicable ones.

ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Product, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

ORDERING
Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase our products from us. Orders are subject to our acceptance.
Once you have placed your order, and have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an order confirmation email. This receipt confirmation does not represent acceptance of your order but merely informs you that your order has been received. No purchase contract takes place until we dispatch the ordered product to you.If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If payment for an order is processed and if we have already accepted payment for the order, this will be refunded using the payment method which you chose.
DELIVERY
Harizanovi-2007 ltd (www.snowflakeswear.com) sends orders within Europe. Once your product is dispatched you will receive a notification and tracking number. We currently serve the European Union and Switzerland.
European orders: 1-7 working days.
Switzerland order: 10-12 working days.
We offer FREE delivery within EU and UK for all orders over 20€.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days beginning from the day on which you or a third party named by you but other than the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e- mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication executing your withdrawal before the 14 days’ period has expired.We will refund any such item(s) within max. 14 days after receipt of the returned items provided that all items have been kept in reasonable condition.
ACCURACY, PRODUCT PRESENTATION AND INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We strive to be very accurate regarding our product descriptions, product images and product colours, sometimes there might occur small mistakes. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRODUCT AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our products without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Product.
All displayed prices are final prices including the respective VAT that may differ between countries. Prices do not include payment, delivery or import tax charges. The pricing currency on our website is determined as Euro. We can not guarantee that the colours of clothes are reproduced completely accurately. This is because the colours you see depend on the type of computer you have and the settings on it as well as the internet browser you use. Additionally, there might be slight differences in the jacquard pattern due to our complex supply chain, sometime we have to slightly change the structure of the product to adjust to changes resulted from our suppliers.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

FINAL PROVISION – LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and any disputes that may arise shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
